Refund policy


We usually do not give refunds but offer an exchange policy. We do not expect exchange on discounted items or customized items. We only accept an exchange in case of a manufacturing defect or size issue. In such a case
, You need to mail within 48 hours of receiving the goods to notify us of the issue along with your order number and a description and photos of the concern. After confirmation from our team please dispatch the product to our office address, you may return the product within 5 days of receiving the product in the original packaging along with the tags of the same. Kindly ensure to keep the tracking details of the parcel until received by us.  We are not responsible for the item lost during transit. Once we receive the item, We will replace it with another style available to us in our inventory.

- Items purchased are eligible for return provided that they are dispatched for return within 5 days after receiving the item in new, unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged condition, within all original tags attached.
- Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence, please take care when trying on the garments.
- Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment
